This case study features a large distribution company that Keymas came up with a conveyor system design that would offer both flexibility and efficiency savings, and potentially increase the turnover of the warehouse. Keymas looked at the whole pick process, the order profile, the product profile, the size and shape and weight of products and designed a system that increased the pick rates and order fulfillment at the company.
